  • This requires a telephone line from your telephone service provider.
  • Monitoring fees apply.
  • Can be used as a primary or secondary failover method.

Internet Protocol (IP):
  • Uses a network or internet connection as the communication method.
  • An internet connection and a router is required.
  • Monitoring fees apply.
  • Can be used as a primary or secondary failover method.
  • Does NOT require a POTS line.

GSM/LTE/5G
  • Uses a cellular connection as the communication method.
  • An cellular communication module is required.
  • Monitoring fees apply.
  • Can be used as a primary or secondary failover method.
  • Does NOT require a POTS line.
